Fit not right? You’re welcome to return or exchange any item bought from our online store In-store sales will not be accepted via our online store.

Exchanges & Returns

When returning product please ensure that:

  • Returns and/or Exchanges must be sent back to us within 14 days from the day that the order was received. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted and returned to you.
  • Your items are in unworn and brand new condition with all original tags attached
  • You contact us at and request a RA number for your return
  • We do not cover shipping costs for returned items except in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent items.


Final Sale Items

Sale items are final and are not eligible for refund, these include items purchased using a discount code or during promotional period. However, we can credit or exchange for another size or item.

-We are not liable for any damages or losses while in transit. 

Auckland customers can exchange and return online orders in-store - please note we do NOT process refunds in-store. 

This must to be done via our online team. However you may return your order in-store but please allow 3-4 working days for this to reach our head office and be processed (this may vary due to COVID-19 alert levels).
